About Us

Sentinel Plastic Surgery and Medusa is the practice and medical spa of William H. Frazier MD, a Yale trained plastic surgeon with over 30 years of patient care. Dr. Frazier is board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery. During several years after graduation, internship and residency at Yale University School of Medicine, Dr. Frazier was an associate professor of plastic surgery. He also enjoyed a period of time at Yale New Haven Hospital as chief of emergency medicine and chief in the burn unit. After a number of years practicing in Florida, Dr. Frazier moved permanently to Blairsville. Dr. Frazier enjoys helping patients with skin cancer detection/removal and repair, with hand surgeries to relieve the pain of conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome, and injury care. Board Certified nurse practitioner Margaret (PeggySue) Licavoli treats patients for skin conditions and non-invasive treatments for skin rejuvenation. She is Allergan trained for treating with BOTOX cosmetic and Juvederm fillers.
All 3 providers care for each patient with age appropriate rejuvenation. Christine Brown is a licensed aesthetician and laser specialist who is skilled at age spot removal, skin tightening, and lux facials.
