Social Media / Community Engagement Assistant / REMOTE / PART-TIME
This is a flexible remote position for someone who thrives in the world of social media, can maintain a clear and professional brand voice, and knows how to turn content into real-world visibility and results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating and posting 5–6 times per week across platforms (content provided or adapted from our material)

Responding to comments, DMs, tags, and reviews within 24 hours

Actively engaging in community conversations and posts (e.g., responding to local “ISO mechanic” posts, networking with local pages, etc.)

Notifying admin of any customer leads or issues needing follow-up

Occasionally assisting with light photo editing/ graphics for simple graphics and flyers
Work Schedule & Flexibility
This is a remote, flexible position.
You don’t need to sit at a desk or clock in — you just need to:

Maintain daily social media activity (can be scheduled)

Ensure timely and consistent responses

Keep a strong, consistent online presence throughout the week
Expected time commitment: ~7–8 hours/week
Requirements:

Comfortable managing content and messages across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Nextdoor, and Yelp

Strong writing skills (clear, professional, no fluff or typos)

Experience with basic design tools preferred

Must be a resident in Georgia or North Carolina

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to pass a drug test

Bilingual is a plus (but not required and not additionally compensated)
Pay & Bonus Structure

$$$/month flat rate for consistent content posting and engagement

No time tracking required — you’re measured by consistency and results

30-day paid trial/training period to confirm fit and communication quality
Performance-Based Bonuses

$20/post for customer leads that result in a paid job (must be verifiable)
→ Up to $60/month -
$100 quarterly bonus for consistent posting, timely engagement, and strong brand representation throughout the quarter
→ Includes no missed weeks, quick replies, and positive community involvement -
$50 bonus for gaining 200 Facebook Followers
