Union County Recreation Department Indoor Walking Registration
Ages: 50 and over
Winter is fast appoaching as is the New Year! We will be continuing our popular indoor walking/fitness program, which is designed to fit your individual pace. The Program Director of Union County Parks and Recreation will be leading these free walking-fitness sessions three times a week for 60 minutes. Session begins 1/7-2/27. This is a great time to socialize and exercise indoors with a fun group when the weather outside is frightful!
