Union County Recreation Department Indoor Walking Registration
Ages: 50 and over
Fall has arrived and the cooler temperatures will arrive soon! We will be having our popular indoor walking/fitness program, which are designed to fit your individual pace. The Program Director of Union County Parks and Recreation will be leading these free walking-fitness sessions two times a week for late October through late February for 60 minutes. This is a great time to socialize and exercise with a fun group.
