Winter is quickly approaching! The Union County Recreation Department will be offering several different fitness options for the winter session. Please see the list below to see what fits into your schedule! Classes are held at the Union County Recreation Department or the Rubber Gym.

Adv Strength and Core class M/W/F @ 9:45am-10:30am if you have taken the beginners class only
Indoor Walking M/W/F @ 9:00am-9:45am
AM Beginner Strength and Core class T/Th @ 10:45am-11:30am
AM Step-Aerobics class M/W/F @ 10:45am-11:30am
PM Beginner Strength-Core class T/Th @ 5:30pm-6:30pm
Chair Aerobics class T/Th @ 1:15pm-2:00pm
New Power Hooping class T/Th @ 9:45am-10:30am
Beginner Yoga M/W/F @ 11:45am-12:45pm
Zumba-Latin Combo class M/F @ 7:50am-8:50am ages 18+
PM Dance James class M/W @ 5:30pm-6:30pm ages 18+
Classes begin in December and will end in February
Classes fill up quickly. You must pre-register at our office in advance.

Fees/Admission
Classes begin in December and will run to the end of February.
Regular Aerobics, Chair fitness, Power Hooping fee is $25
Advanced Strength Core, AM/PM Beginner Strength Core fee is $30
Yoga fee is $35
AM Step Aerobics, Zumba-Latin, PM Dance Jams fee is $40
Indoor walking is FREE.
