TRI-COUNTY WOMEN’S CONNECTION TO HOST ZOOM EVENT!!! Easy & Free!!! Are you tired of constantly washing your hands, sheltering-in-place and missing your “she-friends”?  We have an answer for you!   The Tri-County Women’s Connection is hosting a one-hour Zoom event on Wednesday, June 3.  You’ll be able to connect with us from the comfort of your home and in your pj’s if you wish!   And the best thing about meeting together on Zoom?   You don’t have to wear a mask!  However, if you have a unique mask, we would love to see it!  Although we will miss having lunch together, you won’t miss out on fun, seeing old friends and meeting new ones!Our guest speaker, Gaye Martin, will keep you laughing with her engaging and humorous story, “Mother Told Me There Would Be Days Like This”.    Gaye is a private pilot and authored a book entitled, “I Read You Loud and Clear, Say Again”.   A Management and Training Consultant with her firm, Resources Unlimited, her clients include NASCAR, Lockheed Martin, Smithsonian and Rosalyn Carter Institute.   She also taught for Central Florida Community College and served on the Women’s Advisory Board.  Gaye and husband, Phil, live in Summerfield, Florida.  If you are not familiar with Zoom, no worries!   It’s free and we will provide the information to connect through your computer, iPad or other tablet, mobile or landline phone.  Please plan to login at 10:45 so you will be all ready for the event to start at 11:00.  If you plan to join us on June 3, please call Jane @ 706-838-5599 or email Jocelyn jowabow@aol.com no later than Sunday, May 31. For more than 35 years, the Tri-County Women’s Connection in Blairsville has planned and hosted luncheons and other events for women that provide a positive, upbeat time of fun, food and friendship.  Our events encourage women to connect with each other and their community.   TCWC is not an association and membership is not required!
