Boards are most effective when board members understand their role and responsibilities and use their collective resources for the benefit of those they serve. In this morning class we will learn about roles, commitment, board job descriptions, fulfilling legal duties, and how to become an effective board team through meaningful discussion, effective delegation, and strategic board culture.
