Neels Gap Fiber Dedication Ceremony

Everyone is invited to join us for the dedication of the fiber cable recently run via drone on top of the mountain. 

We will be featuring vidoe footage of the drone at work, as well as learn more about the technology and the tremendous benefit it provides to the residents of Union County.  Refreshments will be served.  Hope to see you there!

This fiber technology seamlessly allows access to determine road conditions on top of the mountain.  Both BRMEMC and GA Power made this remarkable feat possible by using a drone so as not to disrupt the ecology in the forest.
