Hi, I pray this reaches whomever reading in great spirits. I am reaching out, about advertising for an upcoming, modern day, HOPE revival. The location is in the Northeast Georgia mountains, of Blairsville, Georgia! Our mission is to share the transforming power of truth in love by receiving Jesus Christ to all generations. Our vision is to see a generation free from addiction, self-harm, suicide, eating-disorders, and self-destructive habits. Having gone through an 18 year battle with an eating disorder, that almost took my life back in 2013, where I was down to 80 pounds suffering with kidney failure, and at loss of any HOPE...Jesus became my ONLY HOPE. I then got diagnosed with lupus in 2013 and now after 4 years of prayers, I am in remission! (Which is unheard of, as there is NO CURE! Then, last year on April 18, 2019, I woke up paralyzed, with a virus in my spinal cord, encephalitis in the brain, and transverse myelitis in my spinal cord!! BUT now, by the grace and mercy of God, I walk today! I am proof of a miracle working God that is not dead but alive and active, and willing to do what He?s done for me, for everyone who believes! The vision is to see a generation set free from hurts, habits, and hang-ups, and find the HOPE Jesus longs to give! God-Confident Ministries hopes to launch a Christ-centered teen program, where teens/young adults can learn their identity, and skills to become all God has made them to be. For those that are not involved in sports or after school activities, Instead of getting caught up in drinking or smoking pot after school, they could come to a place where they are loved, valued, and poured into, on weekly or a bi-weekly schedule. I pray that the vision becomes clearer as the days progress, but for now, a group of believers, that have struggled with their own identity, commits to come together to give others HOPE! We all NEED HOPE!! Especially in these times with covid-19, and the murder of so many because of racial issues. We as a society should get upset with the injustice today. Did you know that eating disorders have the HIGHEST death ration of ANY mental illness!! Did you know that The Porn industry has led to child sex trade, and it?s closer than we think; It is not just over in other counties, it?s in America, too! Making this a MULTI-Billion dollar industry. Did you know that the teen suicide rate has 56% in the last decade! Did you know that 1-12 teens commit suicide? These are just SOME static?s. Belief is that when we don?t know WHOSE we are and WHO we are, we will seek to fill our needs all kind of ways, that can lead to self-destructive habits!
