Join us for a night of dancing. Of movement. Release and rejoice. We will begin with a short yoga practice & introduction with the intention of getting comfortable physically. With our own body, with the space, with our energy, with the heart, with the highest intentions. , , so that it may express itself through dancing. Dancing that happens not with your mind, but when your soul takes over. Michael will be playing the drum & offering musical experience.
A few instruments will be available if you want to join in on making music. You may also bring your own. Along with any instrument of self-expression that seems suitable. Dress in ceremonial clothing. Meaning: something that feels good on your body & is special to you. Colorful or white. Make it part of your soulfull expression.
