Birth Prep and Beyond
Join us at Hawks Hill Farm on Saturday, October 11th where we will begin our birth prep workshop. We encourage you to bring your partner and we will have lunch catered. Please notify us of any food allergies by October 4th so we can accommodate. We will cover topics of: Pregnancy wellness Stages of Labor Interventions and Informed Consent The Body and The Mind Pushing and Positions The Fourth Trimester Hosted by Dr. Kinsey Worley, owner of Appalachia Pelvic Health and Wellness and KP Richards, ND owner of Lively Rooted Family Wellness Center.
